Schedule: | K-12 1300+ Section: On-site registration from 8:45-9:15am. Rounds: 9:30am, noon and 2:15 pm. Expected ending time: 4:15pm. All players play 3 rounds. Other Rated Sections: On-site registration from 8:45-9:15am. Rounds: 9:30am, 11am, 1:00pm, and 2:30pm. Expected ending time: 4:00pm. All players play 4 rounds. Not Rated Sections: On-site registration from 9:15-9:45am. Rounds: 10am, then as rounds complete. Expected ending time: 2:30pm. All players play 4 rounds. Awards Ceremonies start as soon as possible after each section completes. |

Byes: | Half (1/2) point bye requests (1 maximum) are available for all rounds. Byes must be requested prior to the start of round 1. |

Notes/Terms: | Please note the starting time for your section. Please arrive early and check the wallboards to confirm registration. ON-SITE REGISTRATION FEE: $55. On-site registrants: Plan to be on line 30 minutes before your section starts. If you arrive late we will still try to pair you, but you may have to take a 1/2 point bye for the 1st round. Sibling discount: A $10 discount is available for siblings of a player who has already registered at the regular fee. Use the code: sibling. Prizes: Trophies to top 5-10 individuals (depends on the number of participants in section) and Top 3 teams in each section; team score is the sum of the top 4 participants from a school (minimum 2 participants for each team). Additional class medals or ribbons will be awarded to those not receiving trophies.

Refunds/Cancellation Policy: If you can not play in an event you have registered for, you may withdraw and claim a credit for a future event. Credits will not be carried over to the next school year; refunds will be available at a $10 fee if requested by the day of the last scheduled tournament of the season.
