In the event you register and cannot play, a tournament credit can be requested if at least 24 hours before the tournament's start time. *Since USCF Online ratings are relatively new, we reserve the right to pair players based on live ratings, regular ratings, or online ratings- whichever we feel is the most accurate representation of a player's strength.
