| Notes/Terms: | COMPLIANCE WITH COVID PROTOCOLS IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT. You will be required to complete the CUNY forms for the PLAYER and the SUPERVISOR/CHAPERONE. After you submit your registration, you will receive an email with the instructions on how to submit your vaccination. Please respond to this email promptly; it can take 24-48 hours to verify approvals to access the campus. This information must be uploaded by close of registration in order to enter the building. Registration closes on Thursday, March 24 at 5:00 pm. MASKS REQUIRED inside the building for players and spectators. Limit of 1 accompanying adult per player. There is NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION for this event. By registering online, you will not need to check in at the registration desk. Upon your arrival, verify that you are on the posted pre-tournament pairing list. Please bring a copy of your confirmation email in the event there is an error. **USCF-rated, except where noted. Bring clocks and score pads. (Unrated sections do not require clocks; notation is recommended but not required.) Chess sets are provided for all sections except for Future Masters. SORRY - No QUADS for this tournament. Ratings: All sections use published rating unless parent emails hunterchess@gmail.com and/or puts a note in registration page requesting Current Rating be used Prizes: Trophies to all players scoring 3 points or more in 4 rounds. Changes: If you need to change sections, or for any other assistance, email hunterchess@gmail.com. Refunds/Cancellation Policy: If you cannot play in this event, you may withdraw by email no later than 8 am on March 27. Please email us at hunterchess@gmail.com. Refunds must be requested by email; no telephone withdrawals or refund requests. There will be no refunds given for No-Shows. Refunds are subject to a $10 fee which covers administrative and credit card processing charges or you may apply the entire entry fee to a future event. Supervision & Photo Release Policy: All participants under 16 must have an adult supervisor during the tournament. The NSCF and/or Hunter Chess does not provide supervision between games. Also note: Photography and/or video recording occurs at most NSCF and/or Hunter tournament events. By registering your child for this event, you hereby give permission for your child's name and/or picture to appear on the NSCF and/or Hunter Chess website/promotion. If for any reason this is not acceptable, please advise tournament staff PRIOR to the first round of the tournament.
