| Notes/Terms: | Registration: Online registration closes Friday, December 13th 9:00 PM. On-site registration at this event is from 8-8:45 AM and is $30, CASH ONLY. Please bring your online registration confirmation email in the event there is an error. **USCF-rated. Chess sets and clocks are provided. Ratings: Rated sections use published ratings. A US Chess membership is required. Prizes: Monetary prizes to quad winners. REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to play in this event, you may withdraw by email no later than the end of online registration (9:00 PM the Friday before the event). Please email wpeklo@livingston.org. Refunds are subject to a $10 fee which covers administrative and credit card processing charges. There will be no refunds or credits given for withdrawals after the close of online registration. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the tournament. Photo Release Policy: Photography and/or video recording will occur at the tournament. By registering for this event, you hereby give permission for your name and/or picture to appear on the LHS Chess Club’s social media accounts and website/promotions. If for any reason this is not acceptable, please advise tournament staff PRIOR to the first round. |
