Both Sections: Game in 40 minutes; delay clocks set at 40 minutes + 5 second delay.
Playoffs for 1st place (if needed) - if 2 players tied for 1st in either section - 2 Game in 10 min + 5 sec delay. If still tied - blitz Armageddon tiebreak.
If 3 or more players are tied for 1st in either section - single-round-robin Games in 10 min + 5 sec delay. If still tied - blitz Armageddon tiebreak.

Byes:

Half (1/2) point bye requests (1 maximum) are available for all rounds.
Byes must be requested prior to the start of round 2.

Millionaire Chess Satellite Qualifier

2 sections - U1800 and U1400 (USCF rated)

USCF August 2015 Rating supplement will be used.

Awards: 1st place in each section wins FREE entry into the 2nd Millionaire Chess Open (GUARANTEED, regardless of number of participants), which will be held at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas on October 8-12, 2015.

* If player who wins a FREE entry can't play in the Millionaire Chess Open, he (she) can transfer the spot to any other chess player of their choice, as long as that "substitute" player meets all rating and game requirements to play in the tournament.

Additional Awards: 1st—3rd place trophies are awarded in each section. Any player who scores 3 points or more, but doesn't receive a trophy will receive a medal. Surprise prizes and more...

Playoffs for 1st place (if needed) - if 2 players tied for 1st in either section - 2 Game in 10 min + 5 sec delay. If still tied - blitz Armageddon tiebreak.
